Thermometer recommendation

I’ll be starting cuttings in a week, and I’ll be using a heat mat under the pots? Does anyone know of a good thermometer I can stick in a control pot?

I don’t want the range to be too high, because I think that contributes to a greater % inaccuracy. Up to 100F or 120F seems perfect.

image I use one like this for starting my veggies every year for my two heat mats. I have used it maybe the last 7 yrs or so and still works fine.

Where is the part that you stick into the soil? And how accurate is this?
