Brix? Flavor? Nice looking fruit.
Not fully ripe, yet. Very acidic. They will probably be ready in about three weeks. Brix was 14.

I just picked the lonely peacotum from my potted tree.
I tried to take the bird netting off so I would be able to take a picture and the fruit fell-off.
This one had a 25 brix.

What does that mean exactly? Did you enjoy the fruit? Can you tell us anything about the flavor?
I wonder if it could’ve scored a higher brix if it wasn’t for the well-below average temperatures that we had for the month of May.
I enjoyed the flavor. It was very juicy with a touch acidic taste at the core.

My inground peacotum still has about eleven peacotums left so I will be posting more reports in about two weeks.
