Tillamook/Carmine goumi in stock at Whitman farms. (an they ship)

So I ended up running the fruit through the mill raw. I used an oxo good grips food mill with the medium disc first.

I did it in batches and would periodically run it in reverse and remove the stems and seeds as I worked.

After finishing the first run, I took the juice and ran it though the mill a second time with the fine disc in place.

it took a while, but eventually all that was left in the top of the food mill was a thick paste of the larger particles. I wish I got a picture of the paste but I forgot before discarding it. here is one of the finished juice.

If I had to do it over again the only thing I would do differently would be to freeze the raw berries in batches as I picked them. I lost a lot of picked berries to mold after I accidentally left them out on the counter for a day or 2.
