Thanks for sharing. The video fly over was spectacular.
I had heard from a large commercial apple grower in central VA just a few counties north that the investors who owned this place were not satisfied with the financial performance of the farm and had hired and fired quite a few orchard managers.

Wow, that looks more like a grape vineyard, rather than an apple orchard. 
The perimeter fence didn’t make any sense to me. It’s short and I don’t see an electric fence out front of it.
