I made Turkish delight with rhubarb. I used this recipe, and added 1/2 cup chopped walnuts: Turkish Rhubarb Turkish Delight

So much greens/salad daily for the last few weeks. I love it all chopped up together- arugula, kales, collard, mizuna, whatever green lettuce seeded?, tatsoi, chijimisai, dill, oregano, thyme, cilantro, lovage, parsley, with s/p, olive oil, squeeze of lime and drizzle of honey and topped with avocado. Sometimes I sauté the hardier greens first to make it a “cooked salad.”

My first Montmorency cherry from a graft I made on the Lapins tree last year. Flavor similar to sour bush cherries but flesh noticeably firmer. Joan J are also producing well.

Made a nice salad with 4 different lettuces, and a cilantro pesto with the first garlic scapes of the year.

radish green pesto on gnocci with a side of asparbroc. relaly pleased with asparbroc andd will be growing it every year i think. yield is excellent and even when it flowers tastes good.
