What did you eat today - that you grew?

One layer is bread crumbs sauteed in butter with finely chopped onion, one clove of garlic finely chopped and a tablespoon of fresh dill. The second layer is sour cream one clove of garlic finely chopped, 4 hard boiled eggs salt and pepper, one table spoon finely chopped dill. I used a breville with a small bowl for mixing. The recipe is Dionne Lucas coulibiac of Salmon. (Smoked salmon is usually used but the smoky flavor is too strong. I like using fresh salmon.

Hopefully it takes off soon.

That’s great! Usually this variety is a vigorous grower so it should grow fast to you too… :+1:

All types of berries! Also got a quart of cherries, I forget what type, and Nanking cherries. We freeze a lot of these for later.

The children have little salads of greens, flowers, herbs, and berries. There are also purple beans to add to them.

My blueberries are finally coming in. The little drought seems to have greatly benefited the flavor of the strawberries
