I’m in zone 8b and am putting up an arbor over a picnic table. I’d like to plant three grapes on the corners. I already have a Concord, an interlacken, and a canadice. I’ve looked through a lot of the threads on grape varieties and haven’t really found a compelling answer. What would you grow?
Looks like table grapes? I find the newer catalog varieties to be bewildering–Jupiter and Everest would be my choices. Jupiter is a tasty producer in my wet z6a climate and Everest is a seedless supersized Concord made for the same type of climate (and would thrive in a more forgiving, drier area).
