snow showers and low 30’s right now. down to about a foot of snow in the woods. wont be much after next week got some upper 40’s and rain coming mon. should be spraying copper and dormant oil soon.

I should have sprayed copper/dormant oil on Wednesday. There are no lows much above freezing in the 10 day now.

Ice storm incoming this weekend. Hopefully no damage to the fruit trees or the hawk netting of the chicken run. Just when it looks like we’ve cleared the winter hurdle more wintry weather arrives.

I just had 83F in my car. It’ll be snowing here Sunday. I hate this type of weather pattern.
My goldfish all died over winter. Pond not deep enough.

It is either 80F or 40F. Yesterday was great in the 60fs. This is too warm.
We also had a bunch of hail fall overnight. Pea to dime size. No damage to the car.

Our goldfish in the stock tanks survived even though it was frozen over half way through. Now they are about 10".

We had about 20 days below 0F and a few nights around -20F. I was going to put a piece of thick foam over the top of it but never did. Not sure if that would have helped.
Temp dropped 20F in one-hour overnite. Sitting in the 40Fs now. Weekend weather is garbage (again).

Back to winter here, had a 2 day blizzard and about another foot of snow. Normal to get snow here March and even into April. (later is nice heavy wet snow)
Cold right now, which sucks after a week of nicer weather. Coming mid week supposed to be back above freezing during the day.
Sigh, …
On a bright note, all the winter buds look Great. Some deer damage to some branch tips but not bad. (east central SK)

We have 2-4in. tom. night then another weds. night that they are saying amounts yet. I’ve seen 2ft. snowfalls into mid Apr. here but not recently.

Couple days in the 70s here, nice weather, and the trees are popping. My Flavor Delight has put out buds for the first time in a couple of years. Crossing fingers for fruit

My seedling apricot is swelling some fruit buds but it doesn’t look like many made it thru winter.
30Fs today. Yuck. It ws 86F on Friday (warmest March temp ever). 40Fs mon/tues…warmer Weds but rain all day.
The grass has turned green here.

I saw some Florida plates on a Tahoe this afternoon. They left too soon. I had snow on my car this morning, but it all melted very quick with the March sun.

My wife and I were talking yesterday about how we miss the warmth and sun in FL. I’m not ready to relocate, but maybe some year if we live long enough.
