For peach borers you can get a water soluble neem product like azamax and water it in at 10ml gallon monthly or you could forego that and do beneficial nematodes. I would do SF / HB (also sc usually all three sold here). You could also do ladybugs or lacewings for your aphids. Most aphids have some lifecycle or phase in the soul
