I love linden flower tea!
I don’t cuz all the ones near me like my next door neighbor use herbicides but I still enjoy the smell! My mother in law goes and collects the flowers for tea and we get some of that though.
I was visiting a friend in Provence last week and was so surprised by his bright red/orange flowers that are pomegranates. His trees are loaded. He did not know the name as the tree were planted and established when he bought the house years ago. He would love to know the name.
