Hi murky, it is an excellent variety of a type of peaches with yellow skin, and very firm yellow flesh.
In Spain we call this type of peaches “Pavias”, they are this type of peaches:
Varieties of Pavias from Provedo nursery:
The fruit that you have seen in the photograph is the “Jalon” variety, and you can see a small report of this variety in this post
I have all the varieties of Pavias from the Provedo nursery catalog, and some others from other renowned breeders.
They are a true delight (much better than red-skinned peaches) due to their marked peach flavor, their high brix of sugars, and their incredible aromas.
With a plate in the kitchen with three or four of these peaches the whole house smells to peaches, they have a huge fragrance.
If you like them, send me a private message.
Regards
Jose
