I use pomiferious when I’m asked about apples, which are not my strong point. I have also been confused about their ripening periods. Compared to my apple varieties, they don’t match very well.

Pomiferious is a decent generalized site. But there is a lot of conflicting information there. And a fair amount of “???” written by the authors.
